Resolved: Intermittent Site Impact from Upstream AWS/Convex Outage

The intermittent availability issues affecting Tides have been resolved.

The issue was caused by an upstream AWS Availability Zone-level outage that impacted Convex, one of our backend infrastructure providers. Convex has mitigated the issue by moving affected infrastructure out of the impacted AWS Availability Zone, and service has remained stable.

We have not observed any further impact to Tides and are marking this incident as resolved. We will continue monitoring for any residual issues.

We are currently experiencing intermittent availability issues affecting Tides Pilates users.

This is related to an upstream AWS Availability Zone-level outage impacting Convex, one of our backend infrastructure providers. Convex has moved affected infrastructure away from the impacted AWS zone, and service is currently recovering.

Some users may still experience brief downtime, slow loading, or intermittent errors while recovery continues. We are monitoring the situation closely and will post updates as service stabilizes.
