The issue was caused by an upstream AWS Availability Zone-level outage that impacted Convex, one of our backend infrastructure providers. Convex has mitigated the issue by moving affected infrastructure out of the impacted AWS Availability Zone, and service has remained stable. We have not observed any further impact to Tides and are marking this incident as resolved. We will continue monitoring for any residual issues.
